Q: What is your Minimum or Sample Order Requiement.
A: We do not have a minimum dollar amount on our stock order, we only require that you purchase the minimum required pieces per item. We do not offer sample orders.

Q: How do I fine a product?
A: There are various ways of finding a product. You can browse our online store through categories by clicking on the main menu button links to find what you are looking for, you can also click on 'Search' and type a search term related to what you are looking for and all corresponding results will be displayed.

A: Our warehouse locations and facilities are not open to the public. No warehouse pickup is allowed.

A: We do not offer any printed catalog because we update our inventory with new merchandise. We updated our customers weekly with our new arrivals just in.

A: We utilize the service of USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post, and ship through the UPS Ground Service

Q: Do you charge Sales Tax?
A: Internet business are only required to charge sales tax for the state that they are located in. Since we are located in Illinois, we are required by law to charge sales tax for all orders shipped to Illinois. No sales tax applies to all other states or international orders.

Q: How long does it take to receive the merchandise after the payment verification?
A: Once your payment go through our credit card company we will process it asap. Normally it will take 1-2 Business Days for us to process it and 2-4 Business Days Max.

Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
A: We pride ourselves on carrying high-quality items, and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise it can be returned to us for a full refund or exchange. You can email us @ Returns@TrentEnterprises.net for instructions. Some Restrictions Apply. A: The shipping charges are based on package weight and destination are calculated based on USPS and UPS rates posted on their website.

Q: Can UPS leave my order on the porch / back door?
A: No, all deliveries require a singnature to assure receipt of order. If no is home at the time of delivery, UPS will reattempt the following business day or leave instructions for pick at your local UPS center.

A: Track from the Usps website with your Usps tracking number which we will email to you when your order ships.

Our pictures and product descriptions can be used for the purposr of reselling.

Q: Pending Orders?
A: If your order is recived and no payment has been applied towards your order, you will be notified by e-mail. Your order will be put on hold and you will have 5 days, starting with the date your was placed, to pay for your pending order. If payment is not made by the 5th day your order will be canceled without notice.

Q: What happens if I refuse the package?
A: If your package cannot be delivered or is unclaimed or refused, you are responsible for the following: Original and return shipping charges Duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments. For Packages that are refused, unclaimed, or cannot be delivered a 15% restocking fee will be charged to you or deducted from your refund. You are responsible for the following: Original and return shipping sharges.

Q:How can I return an item?
A: return authorization can be requested for a refund of an unopened unused product, or replacement for sizing or damaged product within 10 business days of receipt of merchandise. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. After the 10 business days, return authorizations will only be issued for replacement of a damaged product covered under an extended warranty. Warranty information for each qualifying item is listed within the description of the item for your review prior to making the purchase. To request a return authorization with return instructions, please contact us by email using the Contact link on the right side of the webpage. All emails are answered within 24hrs Mon-Friday. Please include your name, order #, item stockcode, quantity, and the reason for the return. Customer pays all return freight cost. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
